1963 1/2 Falcon Convertible

We just realized our 'marriage-long' dream by acquiring a 1963 Falcon Convertible.  My wife, JoAnn, had one just like it when we were married, 35 years ago on November 30, 1963.  After 2 children we had to upgrade to something more practical, a nice family sedan.  She's never really forgiven me <GRIN>!  I have been lookng for one like this for a long, long time; after the Internet came along I found several, but in faraway places like California.

This one popped up very recently at KC Classic Auto, close to us as we live near Kansas City, MO.  A little skullduggery & I surprised JoAnn with it on Christmas Eve.  Would you believe she & our kids & grandkids went riding all around the neighborhood Christmas eve & Christmas day,  with the top down and the temperatures between 18 & 25 degrees!
