I started out with a "67 convert. Mustang that had to have a rebar exoskeleton due to rust! Then moved to a '67 Falcon Sports Coupe (1 of 7058) that I sold when I hit the USN. My '65 Notchback Mustang only had 5k on the 200 when I sold it upon leaving the USN.(BIG MISTAKE). Lolita has a 144 3 -on-the-tree,original owners manual(only70k miles!) and has only 2 paint jobs. She was a mech. resto and needed no body or interior work. The only stuff replaced on the insides was the Dome light and bezel, shifter, signal lever knobs, floormats, light switch, glovebox liner and seatbelts! What makes her unique is that she was sold in 1/63 after being built in Atlanta,GA. and is bare bones except for the convenience group option. This includes fender and side trim, special horn ring, lighter and rear armrests(ooooohhh!!) ,am radio, and cloth insert seats. She does not have the optional backup lights and never had the dealer installed rear view mirror.
This is Lolita's mechanic Abbas Hedayati and his son is Frank Hedayati and they work at...

...along with Lolita's bodyman Miguel Luna. Abbas can work on ANY of the old technology, as he worked for Ford of Iran for years and even worked on the Shah's cars. He was a machinist prior to being a mechanic and used to assemble all of the Ford cars for the Dealership.
